  • Employer and job title

  • Profile photo

  • Biography and expertise details

B. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. OhHello does not store full credit card numbers.

We maintain:

  • Transaction history

  • Billing status

  • Session credit usage

  • Mentor payout records (via Stripe Connect)

C. Session and Communication Data

To provide our Services, we collect and store:

  • Session metadata (date, duration, participants)

  • Meeting preparation notes

  • In-session chat messages

  • Post-session ratings and feedback

  • AI-generated summaries

  • Sentiment analysis outputs

  • Session transcripts

  • Audio and video recordings of sessions

Sessions are recorded and transcribed to support platform functionality, AI enhancements, quality improvement, and user experience.

D. AI Processing

OhHello uses artificial intelligence tools to enhance user experience, including:

  • Mentor matching

  • Session summaries

  • Prep note generation

  • Sentiment insights

  • Recommendation optimization

Session content may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate these features.

We do not sell session content.
We do not permit third-party AI providers to use your data to train public models.

AI-generated content is assistive and should not replace independent professional judgment.

E. Technical and Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address

  • Device type

  • Browser type

  • Operating system

  • Usage activity within the platform

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

We use Google Analytics to analyze usage trends and improve performance.

B. Company Administrators (B2B Accounts)

If your employer sponsors your access:

Company administrators may have access to:

  • AI-generated summaries

  • Sentiment scores

Company administrators do not have access to full transcripts unless explicitly authorized by you or required by law.

C. Legal and Compliance

We may disclose information:

  • To enforce our Terms

  • To protect rights, safety, or property

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

In the event of acquisition, user data may transfer to the successor entity.
