Mentors are scored, ranked, and presented with detailed explanations of their skills and fit. Users can browse multiple matches and click on individual profiles to view background information, skills, work history, and session expectations. Each mentor profile includes an AI-generated summary of their background and allows users to read mentor-written descriptions. Social profiles are accessible for additional research. Users can favorite mentors to save them for later review. The booking system integrates with Google, Outlook, and Exchange calendars for scheduling sessions. Users can manually explore the network of industry experts and thought leaders beyond AI recommendations. Example mentors in the network include Kevin, a professor, leadership coach, and product strategist; Andrea, a writer, content developer, storyteller, and communication strategy lead at Accenture; and Ferdinand, who builds tech stacks, big data analytics, and business intelligence for McDonald's. The mentor network consists of professionals from established companies with expertise across various skills and industries.
